This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments. The successful candidate will oversee the processing of payroll through our cloud-based HRIS system.
The job involves:
* Managing payroll from start to finish.
* Providing guidance on payroll matters to leaders.
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS databases.
* Reconciling leave, super, and other payments confidentially.
* Supporting payroll reporting and process improvements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in end-to-end payroll service with a solid understanding of modern payroll practices.
* Experience using HRIS/payroll systems, preferably FoundU or Myob Exo.
* A proactive approach to managing competing deadlines.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with comfort in formulas, reporting, and data management.
