This is an exciting opportunity to join Lasseters Hotel & Casino, a dynamic and progressive hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain the high IHG brand standards by ensuring our rooms, suites, and public areas are always clean, welcoming, and beautifully presented — contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the overall hotel experience.
About the Role
* Clean and present guest rooms and public areas to IHG brand standards
* Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces
* Remove rubbish and deliver waste to designated areas
* Restock minibars, replace amenities, and prepare rooms for guest arrivals
* Collect and deliver linen to and from laundry
* Respond to housekeeping requests efficiently
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year of full-time housekeeping or hospitality experience
* Completion of compulsory secondary education
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
* Physically fit with the ability to bend, lift, kneel, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
* Positive attitude, cultural awareness, and eagerness to learn
