About this Sales Role:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and product solutions to both trade and retail clients.
* Tint paint products to meet client preferences.
* Manage inventory levels, including goods receiving and stocktaking processes.
* Process customer orders in-store and via phone calls.
* Build strong relationships with repeat customers and colleagues.
* Stay updated on the latest colour trends and product releases.
* Support visual merchandising, store presentation, and housekeeping initiatives.
* Maintain compliance with workplace safety standards.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
* A valid driver's license for local deliveries.
* Previous experience working in a customer service capacity.
* Skills in stock handling and merchandising.
* The ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting 15L cans of paint.
* Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems or equivalent technical skills.
* Numeracy skills to process POS transactions and comprehend tint percentages/ratios.
* The capability to follow instructions and work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Previous trade experience is highly valued.
* Colour and design expertise.
