Loan Processing Officer (Settlements and Discharges)
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Loans Processing Officer ready to jump into a full-time role within our busy Credit Operations Team. Our Loan Processing Officers play key roles in helping HomeStart fulfil the home ownership dreams of South Australians by assisting in the accurate and timely processing of loan files from the full approval stage up to the point of settlement, as well as facilitating the discharge of loans due to refinance, property sale or payment in full.
We are looking for:
* 2 years or more experience in a similar role within a lending/ mortgage processing environment.
* Great attention to detail, with an ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining complete accuracy in data entry.
* Genuine hunger for delivering great customer service and confidence to do so over the phone or email.
* Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse team.
* Strong problem solving skills, time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
* Most importantly, we're looking for a customer‐first professional who's passionate about what they do and ready to bring that energy to our team!
