Fitters, Turners & Machinists in a dynamic team are sought after for full-time positions at our Dubbo facility.
We are currently seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician who will be responsible for assembling and fitting components in various stages of assembly on the production line.

Key Responsibilities
* Accurately assemble components on the production line using a variety of tools and equipment, following specifications and other appropriate instructions and/or procedures.
* Support quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives by carrying out lean production activities.
* Record and report faults to relevant areas of production and perform work quality checks to ensure product meets quality and safety standards.
* Maintain a clean, well-organised safe work area that adheres to company housekeeping processes.
* Maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and procedures.
* Carry out problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for realising continuous improvement to products and processes.
* Undertake training relevant to the role and across teams to provide resource/skills and supports/works in other areas as may be necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar or related roles is required.
* Possess a tertiary qualification relevant to the position, such as certified accreditation in the mechanical or electrical field.
* Experience with office management software, specifically MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word).
