Our experienced physiotherapists pride themselves on providing the highest quality of health care, and our Client Experience Officers are essential in creating an amazing experience for our clients.
We are looking for a Casual Client Experience Officer to be available for leave coverage.
About you
Successful Applicants must demonstrate:
* Be punctual, reliable and flexible with the ability to do some 6.45 am opening shifts, and 6:30 pm finishes.
* Must have reliable car and current drivers license.
* Be able to work across both Collie and Australind clinics
* Be a fantastic team player and desire to be a part of the team
* Exceptional Customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Strong internal motivation and ability to work independently
* Reliable and trustworthy
* Be passionate about helping people move better, feel great and enjoy life.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About the role
This role is crucial to our Client Experience to cover leave for our team.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
* Greeting and welcoming clients and creating a fantastic client experience in our welcome room.
* Reception tasks including responding to emails, telephone calls and face to face inquiries
* Ensuring the physical aspect of the practice is always conducive to an amazing client experience
* Carrying out tasks and activities essential to the client experience, the delivery of effective and timely Physiotherapy treatment, and ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently
* Liaising with the PGSW team and coordinating between practices
* Taking payments, and appointment bookings
* Participating in the marketing activities of the practice and actively promoting PGSW and the Physio profession.
* Attending team training's and meetings

The following criteria is desirable but are not essential:
Certificate III, IV or equivalent in business Administration
2 or more years of experience in reception/administration and customer service
Experience in a health care setting
