About The Role
ACS has an exciting opportunity for a National Sales Manager to drive growth, secure corporate partnerships, and expand ACS’s revenue streams. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to attract new business, strengthen existing partnerships, and contribute to ACS’s mission of fostering a world-class technology workforce in Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional passionate about business development, sales leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
This role is fixed term for 12 months with the opportunity to become permanent in the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to attract and secure new B2B workforce development solution clients.
* Drive revenue growth through membership and workforce development programs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful partnership engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and ongoing engagement.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine ACS’s value proposition.
* Ensure accurate CRM documentation and comprehensive reporting on sales performance.
* Implement best practices in sales operations, process efficiency, and governance.
About You
You are an ambitious and strategic sales professional with a strong background in business development and stakeholder management. You excel at identifying opportunities, negotiating partnerships, and driving revenue growth in fast-paced environments.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally in the ICT or professional services sector.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
* A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
