We're looking for a passionate, experienced Senior Multimedia Designer with a minimum of 6 years' experience in a fast-paced agency, ready to step into a bold, collaborative environment.

You'll bring ideas to life across multimedia platforms—from concept to execution. You're just as comfortable leading a brainstorm as you are flying solo, developing high-level concepts and delivering polished, on-brief solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our creative, strategy, digital, media, PR, events and social teams to make great ideas happen.
You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging AI tools, as well as being master of multimedia & motion skills in After Effects & Premiere Pro. You understand how to flex your creativity across digital mediums — and you're always up for learning and mentoring.

Job Description
* Lead the design and development of interactive and time-based multimedia content from concept through to final production.
* Translate creative briefs into multimedia design outputs, integrating text, sound, animation, video and graphics.
* Use various client brands to create multimedia solutions for advertising campaigns across various digital media platforms & applications, including video, web, mobile & social media.
* Produce motion graphics and animated content and edit video using specialised industry-standard software.
* Develop storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes for campaign concepts and client presentations.
* Work closely with the Creative Director, Design Directors, other creatives and our full-service multi-disciplinary team to deliver digital content that works.
* Present work to clients (and internally) with confidence and clarity.
Experience
* A minimum 6 years' experience in a creative studio or agency environment.
* A strong portfolio that shows creative thinking, exceptional execution, versatility, and clarity.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premier Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
* Mastery of Figma (design systems, prototyping, UI components)
* Expert understanding of fundamental design principles
* In-depth knowledge of current digital platforms and best-practice approaches across web, social media and video content
* Strong understanding of rhythm and pacing in video and motion design
* Strong understanding of interactivity, responsive design principles and digital rollouts
Required Skills
* Creative Execution
o Execute approved creative direction through multimedia production
o Editing and compositing video and animation assets
o Preparing files for digital deployment and publication
o Ensuring outputs meet technical, platform, and resolution requirements
o Testing multimedia content across devices and platforms
o Extensive experience in producing presentations, decks and visual storytelling
o Comfortable from concept to final delivery

o Confident presenting to clients as well as internally
o Comfortable discussing design rationale and receiving feedback
o Works well in cross-disciplinary teams

o Experience with AI video and motion platforms (e.g. Runway as they emerge)
o Ability to use AI‐assisted design features within Figma, Adobe and other specialised design software
o Familiarity with generative type, layout or branding tools
o Comfortable prompting, refining outputs and integrating AI into a broader creative process
