About the Role The Grounds and Maintenance Officer plays a key role in keeping the school safe, clean, and efficient.
Responsibilities include maintaining classrooms, offices, and communal spaces, carrying out repairs and preventative maintenance, managing waste, and ensuring outdoor areas such as gardens, sports fields, and playgrounds are well-kept and safe.
The role also involves monitoring equipment, responding quickly to issues, and coordinating with contractors when specialist work is required.
By maintaining high standards across the school environment, the Grounds and Maintenance Officer supports the wellbeing of the community and contributes to a positive learning atmosphere.
