With several exciting projects set to launch in ****, we are seeking talented individuals to join both the Multiplex Perkins Joint Venture and Perkins Builders' ongoing South West operations.We areseekingan experienced and proactiveSite Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of subcontractors' onsite activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You'll play a critical role in maintaining progress on short-term programs, resolving construction challenges, monitoring compliance and supporting strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and key stakeholders.What You'll BringSolid site experience within Commercial ConstructionStrong knowledge of building trades and construction methodologiesAbility to interpret technical drawingsExperience with programming/schedulingUnderstanding WHS legislation and the Building Code of AustraliaTrade qualifications or equivalent experience (highly regarded)Current Drivers Licence, White Card and First Aid CertificateWe have long term opportunities available suiting local residents and those metropolitan candidates looking for a sea change to move to the beautiful South West.
