About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Manager to join our team at CRE8IVE. This role reports directly to the Client Success Director and is responsible for building strong relationships with clients across the agency, while coordinating internal communications to ensure smooth delivery of our marketing and design projects.
You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed, while also working closely with internal teams to keep projects on track. What You'll Do
* Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams across the agency.
* Manage day-to-day client communications with professionalism and warmth.
* Coordinate internal communication to support seamless project delivery.
* Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting to ensure deadlines are met.
* Monitor budgets and timelines, escalating risks where needed.
* Contribute to building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, proactive, and client-focused.
* Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
* A critical and logical thinker who can problem-solve under pressure.
* Comfortable engaging with people at all levels of an organisation.
Experience & Skills
* Ideally, experience in client services, project coordination, or marketing/communications delivery (not essential if you have the right drive and passion).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with project management or CRM tools is a plus.
* A passion for marketing, design, or communications and a desire to grow in the industry.
