Role Summary:

* A Senior Ecommerce Account Manager is required to join our Client Success team, managing a portfolio of ecommerce clients and acting as their main point of contact.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning key performance metrics including revenue growth, retention, NPS, and roadmap delivery. This includes developing and executing strategic 6–12 month roadmaps that align with client goals and drive measurable outcomes.

You will also identify and position upsell opportunities that add value and support long-term client growth. Regular check-ins, quarterly meetings, and collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure successful execution.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years' experience in digital account management or a similar client-facing role within a digital agency or ecommerce environment.

This includes demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, balance competing priorities, and deliver exceptional service and results.

Strong commercial awareness is essential, along with the ability to track, report on, and influence key account metrics including retainer usage, revenue performance, and client growth opportunities.
