This is an exciting opportunity to assess, estimate and manage residential insurance repair building projects.
About the Role
You will be responsible for assessing damage, estimating costs and supervising work on-site.
The role involves a mix of business-as-usual and event-based work.
You will spend 1 day per week in the office and the rest of the time on-the-road or site-based.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary package.
Key qualifications include prior experience in supervising and estimating within the insurance repair building industry, or relevant skills from other fields such as residential building, strata or private repairs and maintenance.
A QBCC Supervisor's License is mandatory (or ability to obtain within 8 weeks).
You should be computer confident and have strong communication skills to deal with customers and tradespeople.
A trade certificate, particularly in Carpentry, is preferred but not essential.
