Due a new projects, our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to support their company on a temp to perm basis.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- Reconciliation of supplier and bank statements.
- Receiving and processing incoming invoices from supplier purchases, processing around 250 invoices per week using Pronto, across 3 entities.
- Management of the AP inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Ad hoc administration duties as required, such as data entry.
**Your Skills & Experience**
- At least 2 years in accounting experience
- Analytical skills
- Detail oriented and organized

- Leadership abilities
- Written and oral communication skills
- Problem solving skills
