A building maintenance officer is required for long-term work at a leading aged care company
Your new company
Our client is a fantastic and modern aged care provider in Victoria
They are looking to expand their maintenance team and are on the lookout for someone like you to join them.
Your new role
You will be required to conduct Preventative and Reactive Maintenance at two of the facilities located in the Western Suburbs, which includes but not limited to:
* Patch/paint
* Basic carpentry repairs
* Hanging doors
* Changing locks
* Floor repairs
* Tap repairs
* Fixtures and fittings
* Client liaison and looking after contractors
What you'll need to succeed
* Police check (Or willing to obtain)
* Building Maintenance experience
* Available 5 days per week for the foreseeable future.
