Home Health Support Specialist Opportunity
At our organization, we provide in-home support services to enable our aged care customers to live independently within their own homes and communities.
We are seeking Home Health Support Specialists to deliver assistance with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, and personal care.
The ideal candidate will have a current Australian Driver's License, own a reliable comprehensively insured vehicle, and be flexible and available to work between Monday to Friday.
Desirable skills include experience in Disability Support, Community Services, Mental Health, or Nursing, but this is not an essential requirement.
