About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our parts department at our Nuriootpa Branch.
This role is vital in ensuring our farming and viticulture clients have access to the right parts, at the right time, backed by exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all parts sales and inventory operations
- Provide expert advice to customers on agricultural and vineyard machinery parts
- Liaise and build solid relationships with growers, contractors, and suppliers
- An understanding of budget analysis and meeting quarterly targets
- Lead, mentor, and support the parts team to achieve department goals
- Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and implement efficient ordering processes
- Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies
- Understand the expectation of customers and our service team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in agricultural management (viticulture, horticulture, broadacre, or heavy machinery preferred)
- Strong knowledge of agricultural or viticultural machinery and components
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Solid organisational and stock control skills
- Competence in parts management systems and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and a willingness to step in when required, including providing support at the counter.
