Role Description
This is a remote, contract‐based opportunity for Behaviour Support Practitioners at the Core, Proficient, Advanced, and Specialist levels. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing behaviour support plans, conducting assessments, providing therapeutic interventions, and delivering individual‐focused services. The role requires collaboration with participants, families, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes. Practitioners are expected to ensure compliance with NDIS requirements and uphold the highest ethical standards in service delivery.

Qualifications
* Experience in Behaviour Support, Therapeutic Interventions, and Positive Behaviour Strategies.
* Strong skills in Assessment, Analysis, and Report Writing.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of NDIS Guidelines, Policies, and Compliance Standards.
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing time effectively.
* Qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
* Previous experience in a similar role within the disability sector.
