Job Description

To succeed in this role, you must bring experience working with premium or prestige alcohol brands, with a strong understanding of the strategic, commercial, and brand-building requirements in this space.

- Lead the ANZ commercial strategy across a portfolio of ultra-premium spirits

- Own and influence a key distributor partnership, including JBP (Joint Business Planning), pricing, trade spend and execution

- Represent the brand in key customer, trade and industry engagements across the region

- Deliver local activation of global brand campaigns across both on-premise and off-premise channels

- Provide market insights to regional stakeholders and contribute to broader APAC planning

- Ensure all activity aligns with brand positioning and long-term equity goals

The Successful Applicant

You'll have a proven track record in premium or luxury alcohol, with a commercial mindset, brand sensitivity, and the maturity to operate as a sole market lead. Experience working closely with distributors is essential.

- Some experience in premium or prestige beverage/alcohol roles

- Proven success in managing external distributors and navigating joint business planning

- Strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise trade dynamics

- Brand-led mindset with commercial sharpness and autonomy

- Comfortable operating independently and influencing regionally

- Ideally, exposure to cross-border or trans-regional business environments

- Able to represent a global brand with credibility, precision, and strategic thinking

Candidates from prestige whisky, champagne, fine wine, or high-end spirits are encouraged to apply. Candidates from luxury adjacent sectors (e.g. beauty, cosmetics, travel retail) with transferable distributor experience may also be considered.
