Adobe.pub sits within the Zenith Global team and benefits from the opportunity, infrastructure, and culture of one of the best global agencies. The APAC team, with members across Australia, Korea, Singapore & India, covers all APAC activity - from establishing strategy to media planning, activating media across digital channels, and reporting on campaign results. We handle both performance and upper funnel activity and are dedicated to creating full-funnel strategies to maximise Adobe's business success.

The work spans always‐on user acquisition, major campaign bursts, and long‐term audience and product growth, supported by substantial, multi‐market investment and senior stakeholder attention.
As Mobile App Planning Manager, you\'ll work closely with Adobe, who value strategic thinking, rigour, and partnership - and who expect their agency to help lead the conversation, not just execute instructions.
The role sits at the intersection client service and elevating mobile planning from an execution‐led capability to a strategic, future‐facing planning pillar, tightly connected to Adobe's broader audience, measurement, and activation ecosystem.
You will act as a trusted partner to your clients, providing clarity, confidence and forward planning. This role is central to building a scalable, high‐performing mobile planning model, bringing greater consistency across markets while empowering teams through clear frameworks, shared standards, and accountability. You'll have the autonomy to shape standards, influence conversations, and build a scalable approach that will be felt across markets.
This is a hands on, operational role. Across the day, you'll work closely with planning, activation, strategy and analytics leads across markets, providing guidance, sense‐checking thinking, and unlocking progress where complexity exists.

What you will do with us:
* Lead mobile app planning and performance oversight for Adobe across APAC, supporting the development and delivery of mobile‐first strategies aligned to client objectives.
* Act as a day‐to‐day planning and client service partner, contributing clear thinking on mobile strategy, audience approach, measurement, and investment trade‐offs.
* Shape and maintain mobile planning frameworks and best‐practice standards, helping bring consistency and clarity across markets while allowing for local execution.
* Work closely with planning, activation, analytics, and strategy teams across APAC to sense‐check plans, unblock complexity, and lift overall quality.
* Provide strategic oversight of large mobile budgets, ensuring investment decisions are well‐rationalised, risks are flagged early, and performance is clearly understood.
* Support performance thinking across the mobile funnel, from acquisition through to engagement and retention, ensuring mobile's role is clearly defined within broader marketing plans.
* Translate platform, privacy, and measurement changes into practical guidance for clients and internal teams.
* Maintain strong planning rigour and governance, ensuring work aligns to agreed frameworks, timelines, and client expectations.
* Act as a mobile subject‐matter expert, contributing to capability uplift through coaching, collaboration, and hands‐on problem solving.
What You'll Bring:
* Experience working in mobile app marketing or performance‐led digital roles, with a strong understanding of how mobile drives acquisition, engagement, and growth.
* Confidence operating as a planning‐led partner, able to guide conversations on mobile strategy, audience approach, measurement, and investment trade‐offs.
* Working knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems, including app store dynamics, platform constraints, and the impact of privacy and policy changes on planning.
* Experience planning and optimising performance‐led mobile activity across channels such as paid social, app campaigns, programmatic, and/or search.
* Familiarity with mobile attribution and measurement concepts (e.g. MMPs, event tracking, performance signals), with the ability to use data to inform planning and optimisation decisions.
* Confidence reviewing performance outputs, identifying risks and opportunities, and connecting results back to agreed objectives and investment decisions.
* Comfort working within complex, matrixed or multi‐market environments, collaborating with local and offshore teams to bring consistency and clarity.
* Strong client communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity, influence decisions, and build trust with senior stakeholders.
* A practical, solutions‐focused mindset - able to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on problem‐solving when needed.
* A clear sense of planning rigour and governance, including budget stewardship, risk awareness, and accountability.
* Curiosity and adaptability in a fast‐changing mobile landscape, with the confidence to evolve thinking as platforms, measurement, and user behaviour shift.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute a strong vision for your clients.
