About this role We are seeking a dynamic and values-driven leader to drive our organisation into its next phase of growth and impact. As Chief Executive Officer, you will provide strategic operational and cultural leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality services aligned with our mission vision and values.
Key Focus Areas
 * Strategic Leadership - Deliver our strategic plan identify opportunities and risks in the NDIS NIISQ HSQF and allied health environments and position us as an industry leader.
 * Operational Excellence - Oversee day-to-day operations embed quality standards and ensure governance and compliance frameworks support effective service delivery.
 * Financial Stewardship - Maintain financial sustainability through robust budgeting forecasting and reporting while driving growth and long-term value creation.
 * Governance and Risk - Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards HSQF and other regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement safety and accountability.
 * Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong partnerships with clients families government funders and community organisations and act as our advocate and representative.
 * People and Culture - Lead and inspire a high-performing leadership team promote an inclusive and values-based culture and implement workforce strategies that attract retain and develop talent.
About You The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of executive leadership within the community services disability or health sectors with the ability to operate effectively in complex person-centred environments. You will combine strategic foresight with operational discipline ensuring both organisational sustainability and quality outcomes for clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
 * Senior leadership experience with proven impact in human services disability or health
 * Strong knowledge of NDIS NIISQ allied health delivery and HSQF compliance requirements
 * Experience working under a governance framework with direct accountability to boards
 * Highly developed skills in strategy financial management and organisational performance
 * Outstanding interpersonal and communication capabilities with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse stakeholders
 * Demonstrated success in leading transformation cultural change and continuous improvement
 * A deep personal commitment to human rights person-centred practice and the delivery of safe high-quality services
 * Postgraduate qualifications in business health administration community services or a related discipline
 * Experience advocating for sector advancement and contributing to policy and reform discussions
