About the Role
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can motivate and coach their team to deliver amazing customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to jump into systems like RMS or similar reservation platforms and understand the basics of budgeting and revenue management.
* Spearhead daily park operations, including handling after-hours callouts
* Oversee check-ins, guest accounts, and bookings
* Help manage budgets and identify revenue opportunities
* Coach and support staff to deliver top-notch customer service
* Contribute ideas to boost marketing and guest numbers
