Role As a Project Engineer/Manager you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle of subdivision projects, from tendering and pre-construction through to delivery and completion. Your responsibilities will include; Coordinating project delivery with site supervisors Ensuring projects are delivered safely to specification and in line with program Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors to resolve technical and delivery issues Managing project variations and contract administration Monitoring project costs and supporting commercial reporting Preparing tender submissions including scope review and pricing Obtaining and reviewing subcontractor and supplier pricing Assisting with tender strategy and cost estimates Coordinating procurement and subcontractor engagement once projects are secured Supporting project setup including early planning and mobilisation Background To secure this role you will be a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer, with strong experience in the delivery of subdivision and infrastructure projects. In addition we are seeking; A minimum of 6 years' experience in civil construction Delivery and Estimating experience.
