Project Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of IT projects across Australia and New Zealand.
About the Role
* Manage project portfolios using enterprise planning tools
* Develop project prioritisation frameworks
* Facilitate communication between project managers and stakeholders
* Lead and mature project management practices using PMBOK/Prince2 methodologies
* Design and maintain project management tools and templates
* Oversee project planning, budgeting and estimation
* Deliver accurate portfolio reporting to senior leaders
* Mentor project managers and oversee the project office function
* Coordinate resource allocation, skills development and project finances
* Review project plans, risks and budgets to ensure alignment with business requirements and IT strategy
* Build strong relationships with business leaders, sponsors, vendors and IT teams
Key responsibilities include:
* Drive best practice delivery
* Ensure project governance and compliance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in IT project management
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools
