ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting for a Trade Qualified Painter with experience as either Foreperson or Head Painter, to join the team at Banksmeadow as the Paint Performance Manager. The main duties include:
* Ensuring high quality workmanship in accordance with Repairhub standards.
* Leading and mentoring a highly skilled team to achieve and maintain required daily targets.
* Managing appropriate use of material and equipment and ensuring safe working practices.
