**About the Role**
A reputable, large scaled Not-For Profit Organisation is looking for a Leasing Administrator to join their team. They are based on the Northern Beaches, however there is another office in Parramatta and flexible in this location too. The role reports directly into the Head of Real Estate and you would be joining on a 12 month contract, in an exciting time of the businesses life cycle.
**The responsibilities**
- Supports the wider real-estate team to deliver an excellent customer
service experience to both internal and external stakeholders;
- Maintains high accuracy of documentation/record keeping for leases, licenses,
Deeds and other legal agreements. Enters all lease agreement information into the appropriate systems, manages ongoing data accuracy with high attention
to detail and proficiency
- Assists in all administration tasks involved in acquisition and disposal of lease and owned properties as required
- Prepares the monthly rent roll file, verification, approval, and payment process - around 400 payments per month
- Assists with rent reviews and lease renewals on commercial and
community (residential) leases as per lease conditions.
- Prepares new lease and renewal documentation for approval and signing, upload new details to property system.
**The successful applicant**
- Previous experience and interest in a Finance/Real estate landscape
- Interest in working for a not-for-profit/passion in this area
- Strong excel skills - Vlookups/Pivot Tables
- Organised, strategic thinker
