You’ll work with customers in food and agricultural industries, ensuring optimal performance of equipment used for quality assurance and regulatory compliance.Your key responsibilities will include:Installation, maintenance and repair of FOSS instruments at customer sitesTroubleshooting and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-siteProviding training and guidance to customers on instrument usageDocumenting service activities and updating records in service systemsCollaborating with local and international colleagues across functionsYou’ll join a close-knit team of Field Service Engineers and Application Specialists, supported by national and global colleagues.
