A large market leading Organisation based in Melbourne inner West. The People & Culture Division is responsible for providing best practice advisory, learning and development services to both internal customers and external stakeholders.
**Your new role**
The Learning and Development Consultant is responsible for coordinating, design and delivery of integrated company-focussed learning & development solutions, in order to embed local skills & knowledge.
This role is a temporary contact and is centred around managing the Organisations reward and recognition Award programme.
The Learning and Development Consultant also:
- Partners in the implementation of schedules for projects, monitors and reports performance against key milestones to ensure delivery of the development programs to schedule, quality and cost objectives.
- Implements agreed People & Culture processes and procedures consistent with set policies in order to achieve learning and development objectives.
- Partners with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs, development, sourcing and deployment of appropriate, best practice solutions.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience working in an Administrative role.
- You will have proven project management skills
- Strong organisation and customer service skills
- Experience in the development and delivery of development solutions (desirable)
