We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the Operations Control Centre. This role is critical to our service, ensuring the right resources are in place for safe and timely patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate aircraft, road vehicles, clinicians, and crews to deliver care where it's needed.
* Manage active missions and respond calmly to changes in plans.
* Balance priorities when demand is high, making timely decisions with available information.
* Solve operational issues, escalating when necessary, as the first point of contact.
* Communicate clearly with teams and stakeholders to maintain cohesion.
* Maintain accurate records, provide structured handovers, and contribute to reporting.
* Support safe, efficient, and compliant operations while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
* Experience in an operational setting (aviation, logistics, emergency services, or similar).
* Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
* Clear and confident communication skills with various stakeholders.
* A willingness to work shifts as part of a 24/7 roster.
* Competence with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office).
* NSW Driver's Licence (or equivalent).
* Working With Children Check and Category B vaccinations.
