Responsibilities: Being involved in finding, attracting and qualifying candidates using our candidate database (Bullhorn) plus LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools. Advertising job opportunities Phone screening candidates and/or Interviewing candidates face-to-face Performing in-depth Reference Checks Liaising with candidates and clients during the placement process Qualifications A "can do' attitude and desire to win Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, and ability to adapt your language according to conversation. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks. A positive and collaborative team player approach to work. Awesome customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure and deal with ambiguity A fantastic phone manner. First impressions count! An outcome orientation.
