The Gig
We are looking for an Experienced Service Co-Ordinator extraordinaire for our Wet Fire and Sprinkler department to ensure its smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction. Duties include but are not limited to:
* Review service reports and prepare quotes for approval
* Coordinate with clients to understand their service needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and technician schedules.
* Communicate effectively with clients, technicians, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Schedule service appointments and dispatch technicians to client sites.
* Accurately allocate work and purchase orders and other tasks to our Sub-contractors
* Processing of work/purchase orders
* Reconcile and correlate field reports and invoices
* Navigating our Field Management system Uptick.
The Person
We want someone who enjoys building relationships with clients and our technicians. Someone who can communicate effectively with people from all walks of life. Someone who thrives on getting stuff done and able to pivot from task to task. Someone who is admin and tech savvy and LOVES working in a team.
Previous experience in Wet Fire, Sprinklers or general Fire Services is very highly regarded however training is available for the right candidate.
