**Position Title**: Manager Corporate Operations (HM3) - PFT - Sydney

Specifically, we're looking for applicants with relevant qualifications in management, customer service or project management, or equivalent/ extensive work experience in relevant field or a combination of work and study. Someone with extensive experience in managing a team with a proven track record in implementing and delivering successful outcomes in a large and complex environment. **Are we right for you?**

Here at Justice Health NSW, the role is responsible for providing senior leadership for Corporate Databases, the MyCorporate Helpdesk, and the Justice Health NSW Central Reception. The Manager Corporate Operations will have overall responsibility for the customer service and client facing arm of Corporate Services, has responsibility for legislative and policy compliance, as well as various auditing and assurance systems and processes.

The MyCorporate Helpdesk comprises administrative staff responsible for managing services for Justice Health NSW employees, such as corporate databases user support, facility access and accommodation requests, parking access requests, mobile phone and SIM requests, booking support and allocation of fleet vehicles, facility maintenance and capital inquiries, stationary purchasing assistance, mail services and contingent worker engagement support.

The Manager will lead and direct the operationalisation of policies and the strategic objectives of Justice Health NSW including investigating and implementing service development projects incorporating change management, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and progress monitoring and reporting to facilitate timely implementation. The position has several reports including the Corporate Systems Administrator, MyCorporate Helpdesk Officers and Reception positions.

- Extensive experience in managing a team with a proven track record in implementing and delivering successful outcomes in a large and complex environment.
- Knowledge and experience working with corporate record databases, or similar organisational wide databases.
- Superior interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing key stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes, including the ability to effectively communicate with executive and operational staff
- Demonstrated exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results within tight timeframes
- Current NSW Drivers Licence and willingness to travel to Justice Health NSW business and services locations throughout NSW.
