Travel Aged Care Nurse Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join our team as a casual Travel Aged Care Nurse.
This role involves providing high-quality care and support to residents in various aged care facilities across Perth, while also working collaboratively with our clinical teams to deliver seamless care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support Telehealth rounds in aged care facilities
* Liaise with GPs, Specialists, and on-site nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
* Manage schedules, documentation, and follow-ups using digital systems
* Build strong relationships with facility staff and residents
Requirements:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
* Minimum of 2 years experience in aged care (leadership or clinical coordination an advantage)
* Strong IT skills and confidence working with digital systems
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
