JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A. In this role, the primary tasks you'll be responsible for are:
● Inbound & Outbound phone calls with fitting stations
● Updating and maintaining fitting stations accounts
● Organization and management of fresh desk tickets
● Engage clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow-ups
● Onboarding & Data management of fitting stations
● Reactivation of inactive Fitting Stations
● Management of CRM tools
● Manage inbound Super Fitter inquiries
B. The secondary responsibilities of the role will be:
● Monitor Fitting Station Reviews
● Assist in communicating and managing Tyroola Super Fitter customers
● Strategic lead generation through the existing customer base to increase the fitting network
● Maintenance of fitting stations' availability during closure periods
● Categorize and maintain records from tasks set by the department head.

STRONG CANDIDATE'S EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS WILL INCLUDE:
● Experience in the automotive industry
● Sales Experience preferred
● Exceptional communication skills (English/phone/written)
● Strong Analytical, Organizational, and Time Management Skills
● Experience with outbound phone calls and cold calling
● An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
● Understanding of the Tyre Industry in Australia/New Zealand
● Experience with B2B & B2C sales
● Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
● The applicant has a dedicated workspace, with the ability to receive incoming calls with no external interruptions.
● Laptop with current specifications of Core i3 and 8gb ram (calls via browser need to be possible without interruptions)
● Stable internet with fast connection speeds of at least 10mbps.
● Backup internet plan or mobile data plan if the main internet provider is not available.
● A noise-canceling headset and a working web camera
● Has an alternative location or a generator in case of power interruption
