About You:
- Have a minimum of 1 year management experience in Retail
- Experience in managing a team of 2 – 4 team members
- Have a passion for customer service, retail sales, and fashion
- Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations
- Have the ability to identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
- Have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
