They are seeking shutdown Leading Hands to join their team.

- $54.21/HR Flat Rate
- FIFO - 2/1 Roster
- Accommodation & Meals supplied
- 12 hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a small team of operators/technicians
- Leading from the Front with assembly, installation, or maintenance
- Allocate tasks and monitor progress to meet deadlines
- Bridging the gap between on ground workers & Management
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Requirements
- Experience in a leading hand role
- Mechanically Minded
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver’s license - Essential
- White Card - Essential
- Must be able to pass Pre-employment medical and a Drug & Alcohol screen
- National Police Clearance (Or Ability to Obtain) - Essential
