This role is pivotal in ensuring high equipment availability, minimising production downtime, and driving continuous improvement across fast‐paced, high‐volume production lines.Working closely with maintenance, production, and quality teams, you will develop and implement reliability strategies across critical processing and packaging assets.Key ResponsibilitiesConductFMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)on processing and packaging equipment to proactively identify risks.Develop, review, and optimisepreventative maintenance (PM) planswithin SAP PM.Create and refinePM task liststo align with OEM recommendations and site requirements.Analysedowntime, waste, and line performance datato identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.Work closely withOEMs, technicians, and production teamsto improve asset reliability and servicing strategies.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused onOEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) .Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent repeat failures.Ensure compliance withfood safety, quality, and safety standards .About YouProven experience as aReliability Engineerwithin FMCG, food & beverage, or high‐speed manufacturing environments.Strong working knowledge ofSAP PM, including PM plans and task lists.Demonstrated ability to analysedowntime, waste, and performance data .Strong understanding ofOEE, RCA, and continuous improvement methodologies .Experience collaborating withOEMs and cross‐functional teams .Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline preferred).What's on OfferWork with a leading FMCG operation in a fast‐paced production environment.Competitive Labour Hire rates.Opportunity to make a direct impact on production performance and efficiency.Supportive team culture with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
