About the Role
This hands-on role involves direct work with clients, case management, and coordination of practitioners and work allocation. A good understanding of working with complex families, young people, or disabilities is essential. NDIS coordination skills are welcome, and travel opportunities exist within the Rockhampton, Gladstone, and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be committed to progressive case management, ensuring inclusive, individualized, and passionate approaches to client care. They will also be guided by our chosen frameworks from Europe and the USA and incorporate these into their professional practice models.
Key Responsibilities
* Direct work with clients and case management
* Coordination of practitioners and work allocation
* Mentoring and supervision of staff
* NDIS coordination and support
* Travel within the designated regions
Requirements
* Tertiary level degree qualified in a specific field (social work, family intervention, youth work, psychology, mental health, etc.)
* Supervisory & leadership experience - highly desirable
* Experience in the field of 2 years or more
