Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and commercial success Lead strategic growth initiatives across NSW/QLD Collaborate across departments to align strategy, design solutions, and drive continuous improvement Identify market expansion opportunities Deliver continuous improvement initiatives that put the customer first Who Are You? Proven sales, account management, or business development experience Strong customer focus and understanding Ability to cultivate existing relationships and confidently pursue new growth opportunities Background and understanding in the transport and logistics is HIGHLY advantageous.
