Full-time salary or wages (above award rate), including employee entitlements, or
Carpentry subcontractor arrangements, if you operate your own business.
We are flexible on pay terms and keen to find the right long-term fit for our team. Pay rate will be determined by experience, qualification level and years in the carpentry trade.

What We're Looking For
• Trade-qualified Carpenter (Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent)
• Experience in new residential builds and custom renovations
• Commitment to high-end workmanship and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and minimal direction
• Confident reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• Reliable, self-motivated, and efficient with strong time management
• A team player who contributes to a positive, solution-focused work culture
• Driver's Licence, White Card
• QBCC licence preferred (not essential)

Responsibilities
• Carpentry & labouring across all stages (framing → fix → high-end finishes)
• Installation and execution of architectural details, custom trims, cladding prep, windows, doors, decks, flashings, hardware and interior finishes
• Be willing to step in and assist outside of carpentry duties when necessary
• Problem-solve and communicate proactively
• Uphold our standards of straight, square, level, flush and finish-ready work
• Work alongside an apprentice, providing guidance and teaching trade skills when required
