Job Role
The primary objective of this position is to provide expert technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our equipment. As a Senior Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing complex issues, performing routine maintenance, and mentoring junior technicians to develop their skills.
This role requires exceptional problem-solving and diagnostic skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are also essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair complex equipment issues
* Provide on-site and in-the-field client support
* Mentor junior technicians to develop their skills

Requirements
* Applicable Mechanical Trade Qualification
* Demonstrated experience as a Senior Service Technician or in a similar technical role
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
* A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
* A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites
