The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded commercial property team with a growing industrial asset portfolio .
Reporting to a supportive senior leadership group, you'll manage a well-maintained portfolio comprising mainly industrial and mixed-use assets.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day management of industrial and mixed-use properties
* Manage rent collection, outgoings and arrears
* Coordinate lease renewals, negotiations and documentation
* Conduct inspections and prepare reports
* Prepare annual budgets and outgoings reconciliations
* Build strong tenant and client relationships
The Candidate
* Previous experience in Commercial or Industrial Property Management (ideally 1–2 years minimum)
* Candidates with a residential background and strong interest in industrial assets are also encouraged to apply
* Sound knowledge of the Commercial Tenancies Act
* Current Certificate of Registration and driver's licence
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Professional presentation and a proactive attitude
