We now have a Sales Representative position available at our Raymond Terrace, NSW branch on a Full-Time basis.
Your responsibilities
* Conduct regular visits to external customers to strengthen existing partnerships and cultivate long-term business relationships.
* Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities with both new and existing customers within your designated territory.
* Promote the company's brand by enhancing its market presence and gathering valuable marketing intelligence.
* Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records within PRONTO systems.
* Deliver up-to-date product information and distribute relevant marketing materials to support customer engagement.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, ensuring service levels and call handling targets are met.
* Provide accurate pricing, product availability, and service details to customers as needed to support their purchasing decisions.
What you will bring
* A valid Australian driver's licence;
* Experience in Face to Face sales and customer service;
* A proven track record of working towards targets;
* The ability to think outside the box for a solution;
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
* An automotive or spare parts background; and
* Intermediate computer skills.
