Capability Project Solutions is a Canberra-based Defence consultancy specialising in delivering capability to the warfighter in support of the Australian Defence Force (ADF). We partner with Defence and industry to translate strategy into operational outcomes across the full capability lifecycle.

Appointment Overview
We are seeking experienced consultants across the following disciplines:
* Project Management
* Commercial Management
* Integrated Logistics Management (ILM)
* Engineering (Systems / Capability / Discipline-specific)
What We're Looking For
* 10+ years' experience within the Defence sector
* Tertiary qualification relevant to your discipline
* A values-aligned, professional attitude
* Comprehensive understanding of the One Defence Capability Life Cycle is highly desirable
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
* Eligibility to attain an appropriate security clearance (e.g., Australian Government Baseline or higher)
Remuneration & Benefits
* Competitive salary – Level 3 consultants starting from $180,000 per annum
* Full leave entitlements
* 12% superannuation
