Job Description
* Develop effective strategies to manage customer relationships and anticipate customer needs.
* Provide superior quality service to position HSBC as the market leader in this segment.
* Establish close working relationships with compliance teams and effectively manage AML risks.
* Grow sustainable revenues from the existing portfolio and through targeted onboarding of new customers.
You will work collaboratively with other Global Businesses, Product and Service Partners to identify opportunities to connect customers to opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have current experience in commercial banking providing superior customer service. They will also have strong analytical skills with a strong commercial orientation and experience writing credit papers.
Portfolio management experience is necessary for building strong and lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
