As a Store Manager you will;

You will have the following skills and experience;
* Experience in retail management with a supportive, people‑focused leadership style.
* Strong skills in coaching, team development, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performing culture.
* Proven ability in inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining operational standards.
* Sound judgement with a solutions‑focused approach and confidence in using POS and operational technology.
* Strong organisational skills, commitment to safety and compliance, financial acumen, and a history of delivering exceptional customer service.
