We are seeking casual Service Desk Officers to join the team. These positions are on a casual basis.
The Service Desk Officer will be part of the ICT Operations and Support team which delivers operational and Project Management support services to the CIO Office and GHA members.
The Service Desk Officer will be accountable for the effective delivery of the following services as a part of this role:
* Deliver exceptional customer service to all members and customers.
* Triage, prioritise and collect all relevant call information.
* Provide application and user administration support to systems.
* Maximise the ROI via Service Desk promotion and usage.

Requirements
Ideal candidates for this role will have:
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Demonstrated understanding of computer systems.
* Proven ability to work within a team environment.
* Basic knowledge of computer systems.
* ITIL Certifications and/or training is desirable.
* Appropriate formal qualifications related to job responsibilities or relevant work experience is desirable.
