To continue driving excellence, we have a full time opportunity for a Pharmacy Assistant to join our friendly team at Katherine Pharmacy.
The Role
As part of a friendly team, the Pharmacy Assistant will bring energy and enthusiasm to customer service and retail functions, as well as assisting the dispensary team.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
· Assist customers with over-the-counter medications and general queries
· Provide a friendly, positive retail customer service experience
· Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately
· Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
· Support the dispensing team with administrative duties
· Ensure the store is clean, organised, and welcoming
About You
· This role would suit someone who may have experience in a retail or service environment or looking to grow a meaningful career in a trusted community service
· Positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude to the role
· Motivation to learn with a customer service mindset
· Attention to detail and sound error checking ability
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well across diverse cohorts
· Willingness to undertake S2/S3 training
· Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience is preferred but not essential.
