Lower North Shore | Entry-Level Opportunity

We are an established independent real estate agency with a strong local presence on Sydney's Lower North Shore, operating from offices in Crows Nest and Milsons Point. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and positive Leasing Consultant / Junior Team Assistant to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a long-term career in real estate, with hands-on exposure across leasing and residential sales, assisting the Leasing and Sales teams in a fast-paced, professional environment.

No prior real estate experience is required. What matters most is a strong work ethic, attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine interest in property, combined with proven customer service experience and a genuine desire to make people happy.


About the Role


This is a varied, hands-on position offering exposure across leasing and sales operations. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

* Conducting rental open homes and private inspections
* Supporting the Leasing and Sales teams with day-to-day duties
* Coordinating open homes, private inspections and auctions
* Attending appointments on behalf of agents
* Assisting with property photo shoots and campaign preparation
* Providing general administrative support to maximise agent efficiency

This entry-level role provides a clear pathway for progression into either Property Management or Sales for the right candidate.

Requirements

* Assistant Agent Licence or Certificate of Registration (essential)
* NSW Driver Licence and reliable car
* Prior real estate experience preferred but not essential

Employment Type:
