About the role
Reporting directly to the Store Manager & supported by an accessible leadership and head office team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of a highly successful store.
Responsibilities
* Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all customers
* Ensure the store and forecourt is maintained to a professional standard
* Keep up to date with promotions and products in the store
* Maintain a safe working environment
* Upsell products as part of the customer experience
* Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
What we're looking for
* Barista experience is highly desirable
* Experience in face‐to‐face customer service, such as retail or hospitality
* Availability to work a casual roster across multiple sites in the Illawarra area
* A positive attitude with a strong customer focus
* Ability to model the company values in your everyday role
Shift information
* Casual vacancies available to work across 10 stores in locations throughout the Illawarra & South Coast
* Shifts vary between 4.15am ‐ 10.15pm depending on the site
